J.C. Penney Co.'s new CEO Ron Johnson, a former executive at Target and Apple, announced long-term plans to completely redo the company's 1,100 stores across the country. Johnson and the company's new president, Michael Francis, another Target alumnus, plan to divide the stores into 80 to 100 brand shops.
