Dubai [UAE], February 28 (ANI/WAM): Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), met with Arthur Mattli, Ambassador of the Swiss Confederation to the UAE.
