We have instructed all entities to focus on improving service quality and providing a simplified experience that makes life easier for people."
H.H. pointed to the vision of the Government of Fujairah, under the directives of H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, emphasising the importance of simplifying and facilitating procedures, placing people at the core of governmental development. This came during the attendance of the Crown Prince of Fujairah at the launch of the partnership between the UAE Government and the Government of Fujairah.
Under this partnership, the Government of Fujairah adopts the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme and the Global Star Rating System for Government Services, a step aimed at enhancing federal and local government integration and promoting the application of outstanding governmental models at the local level.
It reflects the UAE leadership's vision to anticipate the future and elevate government work models according to approved international standards.
During the launch ceremony, attended by Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, an agreement was signed outlining the framework for activating the partnership between the UAE Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Government of Fujairah in applying the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme and the Global Star Rating System for services.

The Global Star Rating System for Services was initially launched in 2011 to redefine the concept of government service delivery and was upgraded in 2019 to include new standards.
